Please read the following information regarding copyright strikes and the DMCA involving streamers who use music in the games they play.
I have personally commissioned maps for some games which include my music.

My music is copyrighted, however, I grant you rights to play certain songs within the game, including re-streams or VOD, royalty free (see below). There’s absolutely NO NEED to worry about a copyright strike issued by the DMCA. Please note: YouTube may issue a copyright claim on your video. This does not mean your video will be taken down and it does not mean you’ll get a strike. Most of my music has Content-Id that allows me to track where my music is being played. You can ignore this copyright claim IF it comes from me or my distributor. Any questions regarding this can be sent to copyright@alanfullmer.com.

You may use any of the tracks listed below in your streams or videos with crediting “Alan Fullmer Music”. There are exceptions, but will be listed and noted in the section below. Videos do not need to be gaming related.
You cannot reproduce or resell the music on its own.
You cannot create a “music video” with a song as the main point of interest. For example, something that would directly compete with my music videos. However, you can create a video of you playing a game using the entire track as the focus. (e.g. Beat Saber, Synthriders, etc.)
You can either purchase a downloadable mp3 or re-stream directly from a playlist through Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music or your favorite streaming service.
If you do use my music for streaming, please consider subscribing, following or some sort of interaction on one of my media outlets such as YouTube or Spotify.
